Working at Di Marzo Consulting
We are a recent startup, established in 2022 by Anthony Di Marzo, after spending 28 years working in 2 other consulting firms. Anthony was previously a CEO of a national engineering consultancy with 8 offices and 250 staff, so has a track record in business success. He saw an opportunity to do things differently, on a smaller scale, with more efficiency, agility, more focus on value creation for clients and less barriers and silos.
Even though we are a startup, our systems, processes and training and support tools are already geared up for maximum efficiency and success. We already have 4 staff across our Melbourne and Canberra offices, strong support from the market and financial strength to support organic growth through 2025 and beyond. We have ambitions to grow organically and sustainably to a size that enables us to deliver the optimum outcomes for our business and our clients.
We maximise the use of technology to propel us to this goal whilst maintaining our core values and agile, efficient structure. We are flexible and easy for clients to deal with and we are empathetic to whatever challenges they are trying to solve. We work alongside our clients to listen, understand, take responsibility and help them to create value, all in the most timely manner possible.
